Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- All returns must be in original condition with tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Face Masks (for health and safety reasons)
- Hair Accessories (unless defective)
- Electronics (unless defective, subject to manufacturer warranty)
- Drinkware (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request. If the replacement item is:
- Same price: We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- Higher price: You’ll be invoiced for the difference
- Lower price: We’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
