We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

• Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Fierce Femme purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Face Masks (for health and safety reasons)
- Hair Accessories
- Electronics (subject to manufacturer warranty)
- Drinkware (for hygiene reasons)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps for returns or exchanges:
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return details
- Wait for Approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
- Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges, indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request. If the replacement item is:
- Same price: We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- Higher price: You’ll be invoiced for the difference
- Lower price: We’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
